Abstract The paper cited some expression of crisis of regional economic geography and regards that we can overcome the crisis in the way of taking part in the practice of regional development and exploitation there is a very vast and varied field of practice in morden China and regional geography. Its method and scientific nature is very suitable. The paper refers to some tasks of research in the practice and some issues in theory which must be resolved in this process.
