Abstract It is proceeding from the modern humanism thinking that which is pointing to urban social geography, discussing on measuring the quality of living space of urban residents, reflecting in all sectors of the city to meet the residents on the spatial structure of social life, and the sound of the city space structure of social life. It depends on the Community system of spaces and places of living systems on the space composition of. It is consisting of residents to live life on the availability of home care type. Thus, care type system is the urban area based on the quality of social life space, spatial distribution type determined by the availability of its corresponding class group access to care as the primary living space. Along with in-depth study of sustainable urban development, guided by the values of social equality of urban social space just more and more become the focus of discussion on the urban scientific issues. Fair of urban social space, its core is to explore the various segments of the city population which is dominated by live availability levels of living space and the spatial structure of the Community system controlled by residence. This article is the first time to the city community architecture just configures space control system.
