Abstract With the rapid development of society and economy, great changes have taken place in the city residents' lifestyle. Urban recreation consumption has also become a very important part in most people's daily life gradually. Studies on urban recreation place are attracting more and more attention of researchers in urban sociology and urban geography. In order to improve the harmonious development between urban spatial structure and urban social life, create quality city life for people, and promote city value, this paper tries to explore city people's perception of urban recreation place based on the community and place system of human geography from the perspective of humanism, and by means of behavioral and psychological approaches.
