Abstract In this paper, it is indicated that the inftuence of some facfors on and restriction to the formation and development of the idiom, These factors are the mowntains and valley in natwral environment, the eiving way of eople, the movement tine of sehier, and a shift in historical regionatis and others. Which are important to the phonetics, Words, and the range of geography of idiom.
