Abstract  Economic development of developing courtries after the Second World War has mainly been the process of industrialization in which the Structure of industrial resources and distribution of in dustries are two key problems.
We here take ASEAN countries as example and discuss the geographical conditions on Which different industrialization models have been carried out by ASEAN countries and their effects on distribution of industries, especially imbalance of regional economy and economy of different nations.Finally we analyse the problems face by ASEAN countries in 1990S from geographical pergnctives.
