Abstract

The rise and development of AnYang,capital city of the Yin dynasty,is closely related with the relatively favorable natural environment and geographical factors such as agriculture, transportation, population, basis of history culture and so on. After late Shang dynasty, natural environment of Anyang region tend to worse gradually,With the shift of political centre and the shift of economic heart,the shortcomings in military defense aspect,inconvenient grain transportation by canal and so on, were important factors that made Anyang decline gradually.
