Abstract The gray relation analysis was employed to analyze the cost factors and un-cost factors in the facilities location.The improved gray relation analysis is used in this paper.The method to get the weight of the index is angle cosine.The superior-relevancy and the inferior-relevancy are used to get the multi-relevancy.The project that holds the maxim multi-relevancy is the best.
