Abstract Based on the theory of evolution and institutional economic geography, this paper constructs an analytical framework for the embedding mechanism of exogenous agricultural industry, focuses on Taiwan's high mountain tea industry in Yongfu Town, Zhangping City, and clarifies its embedding mechanism through field research and in-depth interviews.
