Abstract Ocean is the superiority and the characteristics of Shandong Province in the land resources. The paper analyses the ocean resources superiority,ocean economy development condition and problems. Based on this,authorexpounds the necessary,the direction,the major fields and basic countermeasures on ocean economy development in Shandong Province.
