Abstract The application of information technique has widely spread in many areas,and it has made great changes of our world. According to analyzing of trend of modern life and the situation of real estate evaluation,this paper considers that applying information system is the new trend of real estate evaluation. And based on theory of real estate price,science of information system and the quantitative geography,it expounds the basic connotation and the objective system of applying information system. It also provides the framework to realize the information system application.
