Abstract By the reason of different social institution and historical cause of formation, from recent period to the present age, the spatial structure of urban community in Beijing shows different feature. The essay analyzed this kind of transition by way of comparison. On the basis of these factors, such as, political situation, social segregation, social disintegration, land institution, housing system, residence format, domestic mode and nation contradiction, the author compared three period of Beijing, latter-day, modern times and the present age, then got the analytic consequence. It has different social ecology features in three periods. Although the distinct disintegration phenomenon came forth in the period of the present age, urban society area of Beijing showed a kind of new relationship, that is both competitive and synergic relationship. The new kind of relationship is compared with the period of modern times in Beijing that was full of conflict; there is different cause of formation. In the light of major ingredient analytical fundament, the author used the may of statistics about calculating machine model and urban planning mode. By forcing of the major ingredient analysis of causal variable, the author got some information from the major ingredient that bear the weight of causal variable. In the end, we found conclusion as follows; There were six urban social regions in the present age in Beijing. The six urban social region consist of high density people who lived in old city, the second industry and its hypostasis personnel area, national minority and hobo abidance area, disordered inhabitant living area located in outskirts of a city and urban impoverished stratum living area. The result of our study will be beneficial to many facets, it will accelerate the effective urban planning and put it in practice, improve the living surroundings of every kind of inhabitant of social stratum, dispose of social problem, account for social conflict and carry forward urban society study at last.
