Abstract The author chiefly expounds the relation between sustainable development and humanenvironment relation system control.Based on the guidence of systematic theory and dialectrical philosophy, the basic characters of human-environment relation system and the characters of human-environment chemical elements' isostructure are deeply analysed;the theory ideas on humanenvironment relation control are given.
