Abstract Industry & Economy Belt Along Freeway (IEBAF) is developing into one of the most important and widespread economic regional spatial patterns.It is the prerequisite for its rapid and healthy development to make a rational and scientific plan.By taken IEBAF of Shenyang-Shanhaiguan (Jinzhou section)as an authentic case, this article makes a preliminary discussion on following aspect s:the definition of IEBAF;the characteristic, the significance, the method and contents of its distribution planning.
