Abstract The paper analyses the modern features of Hunan's real-estate industry, and thinks its management system and market organizing being unavoidable and its product structure and financing channels needing being adjusted.It is important to adjust development structure of Hunan's real-estate industry.The main contents of the work are as follows:①adjusting the economic and scale structures of real-estate enterprises;②adjusting product structure and starting the market demands for economic-applicable residances;③opening up financing channels and carrying out securities exchanges;④cultivating the second-class and third-class markets and perfecting the market structure of real-estate.
