Abstract This paper discusses the theory of population shimechanism.It holds that the level of economical development and the special differences in environmental quality.The life diathesis and social capacity of population itself constitute the ecological value of population.The dynamic equilibrium of above two spatial setup of population shifting.The author also puts forward the adjustting strategy of the population shifting in the coming century.
