Abstract Drawing the relevant quantitative research methods, taking main city of Nanjing as an example, from "Local-Whole" perspectives, we use several methods to inspect the correlation of migrant workers' employment spatial agglomeration and urban employment space from three aspects, and explore its influence factors. The empirical results show that:(1) From the aspect of Employment Agglomeration Partition:The high level accumulation areas of urban employment space have a strong correlation to the accumulation of employment space of migrant works; (2) From the aspect of Employment Spatial Network:The higher level of employment network nodes of employment space of migrant works and urban forms a feature of "distribution of adjacent and dislocation" in the main urban range, reflecting the "attract-exclusion" relationship between the employment space of migrant works and urban; (3) From the aspect of Employment Spatial Structure:The employment spaces of migrant works and urban form two different structure systems, reflecting the "attract——exclusion" relationship between the employment space of migrant works and urban from the side; (4) Influence Factors:The interaction between attractive factors such as urban employment pattern, urban development and constructions, and the employment opportunities of migrant-workers, as well as repulsive factors such as institutional exclusion, market exclusion, and social exclusion, which constitutes an "AttractionRepulsion" model, plays an important role in the formation of the status of migrant works, and effect the correlation of migrant-workers' employment spatial agglomeration and urban employment space further.
