Abstract New industrialization,new urbanization and agricultural modernization are so called "three-zation". The coordinated development road of the "three-zation" is the scientific regional development road with Chinese characteristics. Actively exploring the "three-zation" coordinated development, not at the expense of agriculture and food, ecology and environment, is the core task in the construction of Zhongyuan Economic Region. The "three-zation" coordinated development road is the times call for the rise of Zhongyuan Region, is the highest level in the construction of Zhongyuan Economic Region, is the solemn commitment of the Zhongyuan people. Select the "three-zation" coordination as the development road of Zhongyuan Economic Region, has a strong macroeconomic background. Under the condition of the principles of general, coordination, integration and sustainability, the main ways of the "three-zation" coordinated development, are: industry cluster development, industry and city interactive development, and, urban and rural coordination development. Among them, the industry cluster development is the first integration point of the "three-zation" coordinated development. The way includes building new economy system and new industrial structure, promoting the industrialization of agriculture, constructing various types of industrial clustering platforms, and, implementing the regional infrastructure integration. The way includes updating urban industrial structure, organizing and constructing city industrial clustering areas, building city industrial innovation and service system, and, building city industrial investment and financing platforms. The urban and rural coordination development is the third integration point and ultimate goal of the "three-zation" coordinated development. The way includes constructing modern urban system, building local host platforms for urbanization, advancing the construction of new-type rural communities, and building the city-village resource sharing platform and the social security system.
