基于宁夏西吉县空心村问卷调查数据,研究村民对空心村整治规划的意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,目前多数公共设施在空心村中处于缺失状态;村民希望空心村整治能解决村庄的道路交通、自来水供应、垃圾处理等问题,能满足文化教育、就医和垃圾回收等方面的基础设施需求;希望村庄整治能考虑农业生产的便利性,能提高经济和社会保障水平。模型回归结果表明,家庭常住人口数量、家庭接受9年义务教育的人数、对当前住房的满意度、对本村小学满意度和对村庄生态环境满意度等因素对村民是否支持空心村整治具有重要影响。

Hollow village is a phenomenon of rural regional systematic function degradation, which often dues to the labor flow from country to downtown areas in the rural economic and social transformation period of development. It is featured as the homestead abandoned, idleness of land and infrastructure crumbling, resulting in rural land resources waste and inefficient use. It is beneficial to renovate hollow villages which can protect the cultivated land, promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the construction of new rural areas. During the process of renovation, we need to fully respect the wishes of the villagers and coordinate interest of different people. Through a questionnaire survey of 356 farmers in Xiji County, Ningxia Province and Logistic regression model analysis, it is found that the number of resident population in family, the number of receiving compulsory education's population in family, satisfaction about current housing, satisfaction about local primary school, satisfaction about public environment have an important influence on whether to support renovation of hollow villages. The villagers have a desperate need in the process of hollow village regulation for solving village road transportation, water supply, waste disposal and other existing problems. They wish that hollow village renovation can meet the cultural education and the infrastructure needs of medical treatment, and trash. They also hope that the result of rectification can increase the income of the individual economy and provide new work opportunities. Most villagers are in favor of demolition construction and are hopeful that new buildings can be constructed in newly-planned village or original area.
