Abstract：By computing the indexes of structural change and specialization based on the statistical data from China Town and Village Enterprise Bureau, the paper explores the differentiations of rural industrial structure, specialization and their changes among the provinces in China. In according with the structural change trends in deferent development levels, the authors proposes several strategies for rural structural adjustment.
