Abstract：The scenic water resource is in the service of tourism and a peculiar of scenic spots.First of all, from the modern medical science and psychology point of view, the paper has given a system atic analyses and found:humankind has a common unanimous aestheti standards.Secondly, based on the whole characters of water resources, it has engendered some analyses about the characters of the water aesthetic Landscape.At last, the paper produced some theories about the evalu ation of the water aesthetic Landscape, and believed that the Fuzzy Multiple Judge Method is approprite to the Water aesthetic value.
