Abstract：This article proceeds from the understanding of the concept of blckd soil culture, dissects the culture ecosystem and the cultural particularities of the black soil culture circle with Heilongjiang Province as its main body, and then puts forward the principle of the rebuilding of regional culture, and puts forward three main orientations:tapping the low charm.reportraytng the external culture and constructing ice and snow culture.
