Abstract:According to the reseaich result of enviromental change of the Nile River Basin, we hold that it was the humid climate owing to the monsoon power being strengthened and consequently to the monsoon rainfall being increased 9000-4000 years ago that formed a favourable geographical environment for the rising and preliminary development of the civilization of the Nile River Basin. Therefore, the civilization of the Nile River Basin was the gift from monsoon rain rather than the gift from the Nole River them. Because the amount of monsoon rainfall restricted the prosperity and decline of the civilization to a great extent the desiccation and desertation, which was caused from the monsoon power decline and the monsoon rainfall decrease from 4000 years ago destroyed the ancient civilization step by step.
