Abstract：Acording to objective reality, the paper puts forward the conception of economic grade and goes into the method of how to classify economic grade. By means of mathematical method, the paper divides economic grade into several types from the angles of rough, medium and minute respects. Different angles of classifying will have different results in number of economic grade. Different economic grade means defferent level in economic development. Economic grade is very significant for realizing one region's productional capacity, for remaking nature, for making out economic policies and for carrying out economic divesions.
