Abstract：The Interruption of Laohushan Culture at 4.3kaBP signed the end of the primitive agricultural cultures in the area of Daihai Basin,Inner Mongolia.It is found that the interruption of the culture occurred at the same time with the abrupt temperature fall down.The mean annual temperature was dropped to at least 3℃ lower than present.It is the thermal resources shortage due to the cold event that caused the interruption of the Laohushan Culture.
