Abstract：In terms of the special position and function of Northeast China in Northeast Asia,Based on the regional system of Northeast Asia the author studied the current situation,characteristics and the trend of foreign passages in Northeast China. The author considered that the Northeast China must strength the economic cooperation with the countries or regions of Northeast Asia in the course of changing from Planning System to Market System,and the construction of the foreign passages was the key.
