Abstract：Spatial economic process is the important part of the study of economic geography, and economics also pay attention to it. The paper study the mechanism of spatial economic agglomeration under the regional economic integration with the theory of economic geography and the main trend of economics, which is the economic aggregation and economic disperse are exist at the same time, also economic aggregation is dominant and the dispersion is the complement. Then the paper brings forward that the essence of economic aggregation is the action by economy of scale, economy of scope, and economy of externality. Agglomeration industrial point is the result of Economy of scale, and assemble industry region and assemble industrial junction are the result of economy of scope and economy of externality. The paper also point out the reasons of economic disperse are the pure diseconomies of aggregation and the division of regional labor.
