A STUDY ON THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF POPULATION RELOCATION AND ANNEXATION OF VILLAGES——A Case Study of Ziwu Town in Xi'an

Abstract：At present,the environment has already been contaminated by the distribution of villages and towns' industries.On account of enhancing productivity and the large scale of plantation,the dispersion of farmers hasn't an effect on convenient cultivation.Otherwise,the dispersion of residents is an obstacle to going to school,taking up an occupation,seeing doctors and getting about.For adapting to the development of new age,optimizing the resources configuration,and realizing scale benefit of town's industries,conforming area interspaces and reducing destruction to the environment by human,population relocation and annexation of villages become a necessary choice.
Population relocation and annexation of villages is an important measure that could solve the problems of villages,farmers and agriculture,configure ground rationally and diminish the difference between the city and countryside.It is an effective method to realize the regional integration.First,this paper sums up status quo of domestic population relocation and annexation of villages.At present,a good many regions put the policy of population relocation and annexation of villages into practice in China.This paper takes Chang'an Ziwu town as an example,grasping the whole regional environment and analyzing the regional relation of residential area.The author puts forward the basic methods on the regional conformity and planed the development direction of industry.In the course of villages' annexation,we should choose villages' location cautiously, deal with villagers' work and accelerate the transporting of excess agricultural labor force,maintain customary neighborhood.But this problem is very complex,which need to be studied farther in the future.
