Abstract:Based on the microeconomics ground,this paper uses Pippow-Schoder model to analyze the cost of consumers,venders and banks and the profit of banks to select cash or debits.Further,from the point of view of profit maximization behaviors,it analyzes the preference trade field of consumers,merchants and banks.Then it promotes that banks should price the debit card based on different users,areas and stages according to the difference of market spreading of debit cards.
