Abstract：This paper, from the angle of the cross of tourism study and folk customs study and pereation of each other, expounds and analyses the multi qualities of folk customs resources, major types and the essential characteristics. Based on these,the paper further puts forw and four types and three forms of the development, and three principles for guidance.
