Abstract：To combine the gegrophic science's research core-the man-land relationship's regional system with the most advanced man-land relation ship's thought-the coordinate paragenesis, can produce a new basic concept of gegraphic science-the coordinat paragenesis of the man-land relationship's regional system.On the section of applied the constucted a theory-the applied theory of the coordinate paragenesis of the man-land relationship's regional system, it is a new theoretical fort of the man-land relation theory, and it can be operational, and the one of the geographic science basic theories, it is the one basic or one kernel of the theories of sustainalble development.
