Abstract：According to United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and the Law of territotial Sea and contiguous sea of the People's Republic of China,the total area of China's Territorial Sea is 3 million square kilomotres. This Paper, too, puts forward marine geopolitical strategies of China in ninety and 21st Century.
