摘要

本文以山西省50个贫困县为例,详细分析了目前该地区贫困人口生存环境差、生产方式及生育观念落后的成因。在分析研究的基础上提出了相应的对策和解决途径。本文的结论对于解决其它省(市)贫困地区贫困人口问题也有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Through a massive probe into 50 impoverished co unties in Shanxi province, a tho rough analysis of the causes of the bad existing environment, backward mode of production and sense of bearing children is made. Based on the analysis, so me suggestions on the solutions for the above problems are put forward, and a good solution to the similar problems in the other impoverished areas is offered.
