Abstract In the early 1990's, Beihai City experienced an excessive real-estate development period, and its internal spatial structure sprawled out in a chaotic way.Needless to say, much land resources was wasted and ruined.On the consideration about relative factors, the internal spatial structure of Beihai City would be something like the structure pattern based on the renew able resources and eco-environment.A number of functional districts form the main body of the structure;two types (traffic and ecological) corridors form the spatial frame of the structure, separate the districts and limit their development.
