城镇化过程中农居点迁并整理与建设用地置换研究

Abstract Taking Xiaosha town in Zhoushan city for example, this article analyses the contradiction between the centralized use being planned of building land and decentralized location of existing villages.And it puts forward that land can be rearranged and exchanged, by which urbanization can be carried out easily.
