Abstract After the World War Ⅱ, rural development has been speeding up in the world. The main aim of rural development is to improve the living quality of ruralinhabi-tants, it includes economical development, social progress and improvement of envi-ronmental quality. There are great differences in rural development between devel-oped and developing countries.
