Abstract There are many traditional sport in long history of China.Their origins and development have distinct regional characteristics. This article probes into the geographical features of traditional sports in China and analyzes the origin and development from various geographical environment.This essay puts forward that we should pay attention to unity and diversity in research on traditional sports influenced by geographical conditions.
