In the part 1, the authors research the times and spatial change of the flow s. In Pearl River Delta, the contact ion of spatial transport has rationality on scale, structure and function, superiority of beneficial result, and lasting. The disadvantageous of the contaction on spatial transport should be recognized, such as the intense appointility on Guangzhou, and the "porch model".
