Abstract Following the Pole-axis Theory,the authors conceive an economic circle named Hanchangchang which includes Wuhan,Changsha,Nanchang and some smaller cities around them.Then the article discusses some advantages of constructing a double-level economic circle.At last,some practical measures of constructing the economic circle are put forward.
