RESEARCH ON THE JUSTLY ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY RESOURCE ABOUT URBAN COMMUNITY

Abstract The concern about the quality of life is the basic feature of modern society, and is also the research field on which all kinds of disciplines in humanities and social science are focusing. The research of geography on the quality of urban living space has reached the level of the urban system from the regional level, and then has extended further to the space system of urban community. Its object of research has also gone into the social (space) factors of microcosm from the factors of material conditions of macrocosm. In the aspect of the research on the quality of the living environment among the urban community or neighbourhood, the research from the Western developed countries in recent years has revealed that accessibility of community resources is closely related to the quality of community living space. As a result, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of community resources first in order to improve the quality of living space of urban communities or neighborhood.
The 16th session of the Communist Party of China pointed out explicitly that we should build a harmonious society. The community is the basis of society, so harmonious society is necessarily based on harmonious community. The construction of harmonious community must be depended on justly building of community space, and the fairness of space must be based on the allocation (accessibility) and harmony of community resources. This paper shows the concept of community resources, the content of research, the methods of analysis and other related research from China and other countries in recent years, and builds the principles of allocation of community resources of the urban community system and living system under the concept of spatial justice on the base of analyzing the Third Way ideas for the concept of social justice. The article maintains that the nature of the accessibility to community resources is to reveal the structure of spatial justice in community or the living places of urban space, at the same time, discovers the level of structure of social justice of urban places and the structure of social space. The accessibility to the material space of Urban living places and the accessibility to social space are one of the natures of the sustainability of the quality of urban living space.This research not only provides a theoretical reference for the government on allocating various community resources but enriches the study of harmonious community construction.
