Abstract Previous studies of the relationship of logistics and the macro-economic in China have focused on quantitatively calculating the degree and qualitatively describing mechanisms of the influence of them, but few quantitative researches on the coordination of interactive relationship between logistics and the macroeconomic. Therefore, the coordination of interactive relationship is defined and divided into six categories by the coordination reference coefficients:high coordination that aviation logistics as a promotion of the macro-economic, high coordination that the macro-economic as a promotion of aviation, healthy coordination that aviation logistics as a support for the macro-economic, healthy coordination that the macro-economic as a support for aviation logistics, low coordination that aviation logistics as a bottleneck to the macro-economic and low coordination that the macro-economic as a bottleneck to aviation logistics. Aviation logistics as the research object because it also belongs to the category of logistics, as well as the date of it is easily found. In addition, the scope of study on this paper was ranged from 30 major cities in China's capital city, municipalities and autonomous regions. Then the data of aviation logistics and the macro-economic of 30 major cities from 2000 to 2013 in China were chosen as the sample, which we study to obtain the characteristics and the degree of the coordination of interactive relationship between aviation logistics and the macroeconomic for each city. And for each type of coordination, we put forward some specific and constructive suggestions.
