Abstract Along with the implement of developing western region greatly,the structure adjustment of Ulanchap just pushes forward progressively.Shift-Share analysis method is suitable for analyzing the influence of the fluctuation of industrial structure upon economic growth in district.The thesis in foundation of analyzing the characteristic of the 3rd industry structure of Ulanchap,taking the autonomous region of Inner Mongolia for example,adopting deviation-quota analysis method,analyzes the present condition of the 3rd industrial structure of Ulanchap completely,thus provides the accurate position of Ulanchap.
