Abstract Land price is the core of land market work and indicator of land use.The thesis analyzes the land price in Huhhot.The results show that land price is raising gradually,but the price level and growth rate are lower than that of the average level of all the country.In the future five years,the growth rate of land price in Huhhot will be increased dramatically and the barycenter of land price will be moved toward southeast or southward.
