Abstract As a new urban space and an important growth pole of promoting urban economic and social development, Hi-Tech industries development zones has increasingly affected and changed the city's economic-social activities and space structures. Started by spatial attributes of Hi-Tech industries development zone acting as an urban functional unit, the important infection to the city's new affluent class and middle-income groups was analyzed. Then, the infection to the city's social space structures separation was analyzed, and the Hi-tech industries development zones is gradually evolving into a new urban space collection of business, technological innovation, high technology and high living quarters. Finally, the social conflicts between urban space and Hi-Tech industries development zone was analyzed.
