REGIONAL SPATIAL STRUCTURE AND IT's REGULATION——A case study of Guangdong Province |

Abstract The developmental conditions of regional spatial structure are crucial to the growth of region,which also influence the improvement and coordination of the regional social and economic system. It is needed to diagnose the regional spatial structure,and take some methods to adjust its development. Based on the economic globalization,this paper analyzes the regional spatial structure of Guangdong province,and discusses the dynamic mechanism of spatial structure growth,then brings out some useful method started from the policy and practice. Which are as following:①Establish reasonable rank network system for the spatial structure. ②Strengthen the coordination of key industrial projects and infrastructure from the regional level,and optimize industrial lay-out. ③Set up a new type of core-peripheral relation. ④Based on the state high technology industrial developmental area,and establish regional innovative network together with Hong Kong and Macao. ⑤Accelerate the process of regional informatization. ⑥Divide the land exploitation zone of the whole province.
