舟山群岛海洋文化产业发展兴起于上世纪七八十年代。本世纪初以后,舟山群岛海洋文化的集群化发展倾向明显显现,目前已经形成海洋旅游休闲文化产业、海洋影视产业、海洋文化创意产业、海洋节庆会展、海洋渔文化等区域特色明显的产业集群。本文在调研舟山群岛海洋文化产业集群发展现状的基础上,从时间、空间和时空结合维度对舟山群岛文化产业集群进行研究。研究结果表明:舟山群岛海洋文化产业集群发展可概括为三大形成机制,三类存在方式和一大发展趋势。在此研究基础上,文章对未来舟山群岛海洋文化产业发展提出相应的对策与建议。

Marine culture industry plays a significantly important part in modern marine economy. It will be the breakthrough point for new round development of marine economy. Many coastal provinces and cities in China choose marine culture industry as their emerging industry of strategic importance. Since 2000, cluster development tendency of marine culture in Zhoushan islands has become more and more remarkable. Now, there has been various industrial clusters with distinctive regional features such as marine tourism leisure culture industry, marine movie & TV industry, marine cultural creative industry, marine festival exhibition, marine fishing culture, etc.. Basing on a thorough research upon developing status of marine culture industry cluster in Zhoushan islands, the paper adopts location quotient model to measure the convergence degree of marine culture industry in Zhoushan Islands. Seeing from the analysis conclusion, clustering development feature of marine culture industry is distinct in Zhoushan islands. However, spatial distribution features of different types of marine culture industry clusters are significantly different. To deeply investigate the formation mechanism of marine culture industry in Zhoushan islands, the paper studies marine culture industry cluster in Zhoushan islands from time, space and time-space dimension. As the study result shows, development of marine culture industry in Zhoushan islands is of three types of formation mechanism, three types of existing mode and one developing trend. Finally, from the point of view of industry functional blocks integrating, good developing environment construction and preferred policy supporting, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of marine culture industry in Zhoushan islands.
