Abstract：This paper suggests that Influences of natural Environment the development of human sotiely are incomplete and possible. These influences are put into effect through diverse use, scarcity, spatial differentiation, and time change of natural environment. The author emphasizes that the scarcity and spatial differentiation constrain respectively sustaining and regional development.
