Abstract：By analysing the root of urban environmental problem, the auther thinks that putting resources to reasonable distribution is the new method of combining environmental protection with city planning, also explores standard, means of operation and technological line of reasonability of resources distribution and at last introduces thoughts and measures of environmental protection in HongKong city planning.
