INNER MONGOLIA ENVIRONMENT CONSTRUCTION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract：The idea of the sustainable development is a live way of modern human being's civilization view,It originated from human being's understanding and thought of the relationship between man and land,It also embodies human being's expectation to the new century and future. Regional sustainable development is the basement and guarantee to the globe. It is possible to realize globe sustainable development after that of local regions is realized. Inner Mongolia is a very important big borough in our country where is the base for energy sources,raw and processed materials and farming-herd productions. At same time,its regional economy is very underdeveloped in our country. The social and economic sustainable development is restricted by environment problems in Inner Mongolia, such as water and soil erosion, vegetation degeneration, land sandization, soil salinization,disaster of wind-drift sand etc. In this paper, it analyses the problems of regional environment, environment actuality and the ways to solve environment problems, and then puts forward opinions and suggestions to Inner Mongolia's environment construction in west exploitation.
