Abstract:Along with the development of vacation economy and the coming of "leisure ages" in China, it is a standard to measure the tourism ripe. Although the development of suburb leisure tourism in some cities is fair, the main products of vacation tourism have been run into many problems and difficulties, which are contrasted with the big marketing requirement greatly. They have met such a problem on how to adaptable adjust and improve the vacation tourism products in many places in our China. If this problem hasn't been solved, it is difficulty to realize the target of adjusting the structure of tourism products in many places.This paper first analyses the social reasons, basic features and exploiting types of the development of vacation tourism in China. Second, takes the city of Zhaoqing——one of the first excellent tourism cities in China as an example, thinks that it has a great advantage in resources and market conditions to the development of vacation tourism. this paper talks over the main developing factors in the development of vacation tourism and the existing problems in the development process of the vacation tourism products in Zhaoqing, such as the planning level is low, the exploiting and construction is in confusion, the market orientate isn't accurate, the vacation tourism product set aside seriously in the slack season, the marketing is lack, the vacation image of Zhaoqing is dim. At last, this paper puts forwards some tactics of adaptable adjustment in the development of vacation tourism in Zhaoqing, such as:adopting the tactics of image driving and integrated marketing, adjusting the planning and arrangement, strengthening the work of inviting outside investment, paying attention to the management in slack season, introducing the timeshare manage, developing the "big tourism" greatly, and so on. This tactics will lead the development of vacation tourism in Zhaoqing to a good track.
