Abstract：The urban land rating and valuation require a lot of computations and drawing s.So we have designed the administration system for urban land rating and valuation so as to raise efficiency,avoid repeating input and make common use of the data.This paper gives an introduction to the design thought structure,function and characteristics of this system,and the results of the application.
